By confirming a reservation at Maison Fornari, guests agree to the following terms and conditions.

Reservation & Payment : 

A reservation is confirmed upon receipt of the required payment or deposit. The remaining balance, if applicable, must be paid before arrival or according to the conditions specified at the time of booking.

Cancellation Policy : 

Cancellation conditions are specified at the time of booking and apply as agreed. We recommend that guests take out travel insurance to cover any unforeseen circumstances.

Arrival & Departure : 

Check-in is available from 4:00 pm. Check-out is requested before 10:00 am, to allow time for house preparation. If you require a different arrival or departure time, please feel free to contact us in advance. We will do our best to accommodate when possible.

Access to the house is on foot only, via a stone path and staircase.

Use of the Property : 

Maison Fornari is a private family home.

Guests agree to use the property responsibly and to respect the house rules, the furniture and the surrounding environment.

Liability :

Guests stay at the property under their own responsibility. The owners cannot be held liable for accidents, injuries or loss of personal belongings during the stay.

Respect of the Place :

Any damage caused during the stay must be reported promptly. Guests may be held responsible for damage beyond normal wear and tear. By confirming the booking, guests acknowledge having read and accepted these terms.
