Nestled within a former family estate on the hills of Menton,
Maison Fornari is a 140-year-old stone house built by Antoine Martel, an ancestor of the current owners and a member of one of Menton’s historic families.
Still owned by his descendants, the Martel and Fornari families, the house reflects a heritage deeply rooted in local history.
We are committed to preserving the soul of this place and welcoming our guests into an authentic, lived-in family home.

What is included during the stay?
Both properties come fully equipped with Wi-Fi, air conditioning, kitchens with modern appliances, private outdoor spaces, and comfortable living areas. Villa Solara also features a private pool, while Casa di Limoni has a charming garden and outdoor dining area.

Are bed linen and towels provided?
Villa Solara is just a 10-minute drive from the nearest beach in Scopello, offering stunning coastal views and access to Zingaro Nature Reserve. Casa di Limoni is about 15 minutes from the golden beaches of Noto.

How do we access the house and where can we park?
Access to the house is on foot only, via a short stone path and staircase from the gate (about 3–5 minutes).
Parking is available near the gate. Vehicles do not access the house itself.

How does key handover work?
Key handover is done in person, with our local concierge, who will welcome you and show you around the house.
Check-in is available from 4:00 pm.
If you expect to arrive later, please let us know in advance so we can organize your welcome accordingly.
